annanotbob's Diaryland Diary

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When I was just a little boy of seventeen, I had a girl she was my queen

I heard a woman on the telly just now screech at her admittedly delinquent son, "You are a waste of space. You will never ever change!" I wanted to smash through the screen and make her stop. I can imagine those words resonating in the boy's head for ever more.' Try and roar, 'THIS BEHAVIOUS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE' it leaves a space for a change to occur, don't you think?

Anyway today, to R's in the driving rain, got there early and wrote nearly five hundred words in the car park. Great session. Then home for breakfast and a bit more writing before vinyasa yoga, which involves sweating. Horrible but likely very good - the teacher looks like a dream.

Tomorrow Marcus will be here, but |I shall attempt to write anyway, we're way beyond listening to each other, so he may not even notice.

sleeping pill has arrived and now I have to wrangle my new memory foam mattress topped onto the bed. I'll try not to break anything.

Laters, dear lovely helpful wonderful peeps.
